Our Mission is to influence
our community through Belonging, Believing and Serving.
D7 Church was started to reach the unchurched, to reach across racial
lines and denominational barriers, and to help people find full
life through Jesus Christ. Our goal is to develop fully-devoted
followers of Christ and to impact Gloucester, our county and the
world with the Good News of Christ.
We Are a Church Where Needs Are Met
At D7, we are obsessed
with life change. It drives everything that we do. No matter what
your life situation may be, we believe that God wants to meet you
right where you are. Whether your needs are physical, spiritual,
or relational, D7 exists to point you to a God that can meet those
needs, a God who can change your life.
We Are a Relational Church
At D7 Church great
relationships are built in this way:
Through belonging (Social Events, The Zone)
This is your relationship with others, where meaningful interactions
occur and great friendships are built. Connecting with each other
helps you with life’s challenges.
Through believing (D7 Sunday Services)
This is your relationship with God. Worship helps you focus on
God while discipleship helps fortify your faith.
Through serving (D7 Teams)
This is your relationship with The House. Serving in church helps
you find and develop your talents.
We are very intentional in everything we do and we go out of
our way to successfully get people through all three stages. And
that's all we do!
